For the purposes of this agreement, the book and ebook titled “One Page Wisdom” (ISBN pending), containing 555 one page submissions of 1-400 words, from the members of the website www.newagedirectories.com , explained, distributed, marketed and sold via the website www.onepagewisdom.com , will be known as the ONE PAGE WISDOM PROJECT. For the purpose of this agreement, the written information submitted to the ONE PAGE WISDOM PROJECT for use the in the ONE PAGE WISDOM PROJECT will be know as ONE PAGE OF WISDOM. For the purposes of this agreement, a person contributing any form of written information to be used in the publication of the book or ebook “One Page Wisdom” (ISBN pending) will be know as the contributor. This is an agreement between you the contributor and the ONE PAGE WISDOM PROJECT. I the contributor agree that the act of submitting this online form via the “I Agree” button below, from the website www.onepagewisdom.com , is a legitimate agreement between myself, the contributor, and the ONE PAGE WISDOM PROJECT. I, the contributor, agree to willingly submit written material to the ONE PAGE WISDOM PROJECT and agree to allow the ONE PAGE WISDOM PROJECT to use my ONE PAGE OF WISDOM for the purposes of the ONE PAGE WISDOM PROJECT including, but not limited to the publishing, printing, electronic publication, distribution, marketing and advertising of my ONE PAGE OF WISDOM in the book and ebook “One Page Wisdom” (ISBN pending). I, the contributor, give full permission for the ONE PAGE WISDOM PROJECT to use my ONE PAGE OF WISDOM, fully, partly or quoted in parts for marketing, endorsement and advertising purposes, and for all other intended purposes associated with the ONE PAGE WISDOM PROJECT including the book and ebook publishing, printing, distribution, cataloguing, and website requirements. I, the contributor, agree that all of the information and materials contained in my ONE PAGE OF WISDOM, submitted and/or published as part of the ONE PAGE WISDOM PROJECT are intended for educational purposes ONLY, and are not in any way intended to be used as a substitute for professional counselling, guidance, medical advice, or any other such treatment or care. I, the contributor, always agree that a person or person(s) should always seek medical advice from a qualified medical or health practitioner. I, the contributor, agree that the ONE PAGE WISDOM PROJECT and/or its employees, editors, officers, directors and volunteers, and the associated websites, makes no guarantees, warranties or representations, implied or express, as to the appropriateness, timeliness, accuracy, completeness, and/or usefulness of any information contained in the ONE PAGE WISDOM PROJECT, any ONE PAGE OF WISDOM, or any other associated opinions, advice, services, data or other information contained or referenced in this ONE PAGE WISDOM PROJECT or publication. I, the contributor, agree to forfeit all copyright ownership and rights of my ONE PAGE OF WISDOM, and willingly transfer all copyright ownership and all rights to the ONE PAGE WISDOM PROJECT, and in doing so I agree that the ONE PAGE WISDOM PROJECT then owns the copyright and all rights associated with my ONE PAGE OF WISDOM. I agree that the ONE PAGE WISDOM PROJECT can then use the ONE PAGE OF WISDOM without restriction in any form of publishing, publication, printing, reprinting, distribution, book, ebook, electronic book, website, or any other publication associated with the ONE PAGE WISDOM PROJECT. I, the contributor, agree that I WILL NOT RECEIVE any compensation, moneys, gratuities, for the ONE PAGE OF WISDOM that I submit to the ONE PAGE WISDOM PROJECT. I, the contributor, agree that my ONE PAGE WISOM, is my own original material, written by myself as a unique point of view, perspective, or accrued knowledge, and is NOT quoted, or copied from another author or source.
